High sulfur environments adversely affect the high-temperature performance. Heat input has to be kept to a minimum during welding to avoid the possibility of microfissuring. E330-16 electrodes are used primarily for repairing defects in wrought and cast forms of stainless steels of similar chemical composition.

Feature

• Fully austenitic stainless steel electrode used to weld matching composition wrought and cast alloys.
• Generally used for resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures.
