Application

A flux cored wire intended for semi-automatic and automatic welding of carbon steel in single pass and limited multiple pass applications. Designed to operate on straight polarity (DCEN) and is well suited for butt, lap, and fillet welds steels from 16 gauge through 1/2”. Due to its versatility it is excellent for assembly and maintenance.

Feature

• Designed for welding of 490MPa high tensile steel and self-shielded wire to facilitate welding outdoors
• Typical applications include general fabrication and strcutural work requiring no impact properties.
• It has good arc stability, low spatter generation, high efficiency, good bead shape and slag removal.
• Formula is optimized to minimize clean up time.
