Application

E91T1-B3 is designed for welding materials such as A387 Gr. 22 plate and A335 P22 pipe and leaves 2¼% Cr / 1% Mo weld metal deposit.

• For welding 2-1/4 % Cr 1% Mo steels.
• The weld metal analysis is similar to an E9018-B3 electrode.
• Designed for single or multiple pass welding.
• Stable arc transfer, low smoke levels, and excellent impact toughness.
• Fast freezing slag, and low spatter and easy slag removal.
• This wire can be used for high pressure vessels, oil refining industries, steam pipes of boilers.
• It is designed for welding of 2.25% Cr-1.0% Mo steel used for high pressuer vessels, oil refining industries, steam pipes of boilers etc.
• It is a rutile type flux cored wire for all position welding.
• It provides smooth arc, low spatter levels, good weldability and good bead appearance.
• The weld metal contains about 2.25% Cr. 0.5% Mo, so it has good crack and heat resistance.
