ER410 1/8 X 36

Application

ER410 is used to welding ER403, ER405, ER410, and ER416 stainless. It is also used for deposition of overlays on carbon steels to resist corrosion, erosion, or abrasion.

Feature

  • Used primarily to weld cast and wrought material of similar chemical composition.
  • It is recommended using preheat and inter-pass temperature of not less than 300ºF.
  • Post weld heat treatment should not exceed 1150ºF, higher temperature may result in hardening.
