• A chemical analysis of Copper and Zinc as well as alloying elements of 3% Silicon and small amounts of Tin and Manganese produce welds with excellent mechanical properties.
• High strength, ductile and sound welds are easily attained by using a neutral or slightly oxidizing flame.
• Keep the weld pool small to promote fast solidification and minimize cracking.
• A high Boric acid brazing flux is required for Oxy-Acetylene brazing.
• 50,000 PSI Tensile Strength
