• Hardness:   56 – 60 HRC
• Deposit Thickness - 2 to 3 layers
• Cannot be flame-cut
• Bonds well with carbon, low alloy, and manganese steels.
• Easy slag removal and excellent welder appeal.
• Deposits are slightly magnetic on carbon and low alloy steels, but not on manganese steels, and will develop cross checks.
• Use on carbon and low alloy steels
• Machinability – best by grinding
